Okay, let me first start off by saying that I was a first-time homebuyer, and extremely hesitant about purchasing a home on my own. I had a million questions and had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Brianna Porter was recommended to me by a colleague of mine, right when I was just about to go with another realtor. I am SO thankful I chose to use her as my realtor, God intervened and brought me the best realtor ever. From the very beginning Brianna was super helpful. Unfortunately, the appraisal came in too low on the first home and I had to pull out of escrow. I was devastated. I’ll be honest, I thought that maybe owning a home was just not for me, and I wanted to quit. Brianna checked on me every day and helped me through. She really cares about her clients, and it shows. She was right! Not even a week later she found me a home, and it really was better than the last! Everything went smoothly and I’m now a homeowner thanks to her! Brianna is very professional and it’s obvious that she loves what she does. She’s very good at her job. She’s aggressive when she needs to be. She gets things done. She leads you in the right direction and is right there with you every step of the way. Even now after being a homeowner for a couple of weeks, Brianna is still right here with me with all the questions I have after closing escrow (all the real stress starts after you move in apparently). This is probably the best thing about her. She could have easily told me that her job was done and that I was on my own, but she didn’t. To this day she checks up on me and has even helped me with moving in and some major plumbing issues! I can not recommend a better person to assist you in the stressful process of home-buying.
